Psychologist Radu Leca recently made a statement on Părinți Prezenți, asserting that all teachers, public servants, and employees involved in education, both in the public and private sectors, should undergo annual psycho-emotional, psychological, and psychiatric testing.
"Everywhere I go, for the past 24 months, I say this: teachers, public servants, state employees, or private sector employees who are also teachers must undergo psycho-emotional, psychological, and psychiatric testing once a year! It is mandatory!
This is to determine if any elements could endanger the psycho-emotional development of the children they care for", Radu Leca stated on Părinți Prezenți, a show by ParintisiPitici.ro.
The expert also emphasized the necessity of adding a toxicology test to this set of evaluations.
"We should add one more test: a toxicology test! That is also necessary!" the psychologist added.
According to Radu Leca, implementing these measures would help in forming emotionally and psychologically healthy generations, unaffected by the issues present among the state or private employees in the education system.
"And then we will have good generations! Generations that are not emotionally altered by the problems within the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, as well as teachers who teach in both the private and public sectors. It is important!" Leca further stated.

Radu Leca also stated that the lack of involvement in the learning process leads to severe consequences for both the individual and society.
"That's the truth: if you study, you're great; if you don't study, you have many illusions and no results", Leca emphasized, highlighting the importance of education in individual development and achieving success in life.
With a critical tone, the psychologist added that practical learning seems to be in decline: "There is no more practice."
He warns that this lack of involvement could lead to generations with severe problems, characterized by ignorance and harmful behaviors.
"We need generations of fools, obese people, drug addicts, alcoholics, that's the truth!" the expert concluded, stressing the urgent need for change in the educational system to avoid such disastrous consequences.
